- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not impressed. Never saw the same doctor twice in a row. Frequently misscheduled, costing me countless wasted hours sitting in a waiting room while other people were getting seen and I wasn't told he was not even going to come and see me. Was reassigned off Kawada because his insurance changed but nobody told me. Staff was absolutely ignorant and irresppnsible, feigned helplessness all the time. When I complained, staff gave me fifty lame excuses for every misdeed. Don't waste your time on this place. When I went to MGH after them, my MD was appalled that I hadn't gotten basic service.October 29, 2017by A Google User
